What reaches our servers
Like any website, our web server receives the technical details your browser sends with each request, such as your IP address, the page requested and your browser type. Live coverage pages check once a minute for new updates by requesting a small file from our own server. That request carries no identifier.
If you email us, we keep your message for as long as we need it to reply or to report on it, and we never share it without your consent.
